History
The Padgett Funeral Home is a family-run business with a long, rich history. After several years in the business working with a partner, in 1967, Marvin Padgett established the Padgett Funeral Home in Cedarville, New Jersey. This historic home is still in use today by the Padgett family as their Cedarville location. Over the years, the business expanded and Paul M. Padgett, Jr. joined his father in business. The need for a second location soon became evident. In September of 1984, the Padgett Funeral Home opened the doors of its second facility located in Upper Deerfield, on Hwy 77.
