E. Audrey Fox, aged 77, of Fairfield
Township, died Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2004 in South Jersey Health Care Regional
Medical Center, Vineland, due to complications following surgery.
The wife of the late Atwood T. Fox, Jr., she was born in Cedarville and was
the daughter of the late Wilbert and Bertha Elwell Prettyman. She had been a
resident Fairfield Township since 1948, coming from Cedarville.
Audrey was a member of the Fairfield Presbyterian Church and the Ladies
Prayer Group.
Survivors include: one son, Kevin R. Fox, Fairfield Township; one daughter,
Barbara J. Hider and her husband LeRoy, Fairfield Township; one sister,
Rachel Dilks, Millville and a brother-in-law, Kenneth R. Fox, Fairfield
Township. She was preceded in death by a son, Atwood T. Fox, III and three
brothers, James Prettyman, Champion Prettyman and Wilbert Prettyman.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning, Aug. 27, at 10:00 O’clock, in
the Padgett Funeral Home, 160 Main St., Cedarville. Burial will be in
Daretown Presbyterian Cemetery. Friends will be received at the funeral home
Thursday evening between 6:00 and 8:00 O’clock. For those who desire the
family suggests contributions, in Mrs. Fox’s memory, to Fairfield
