Gordon Winrow, 61, of Bridgeton, died
Sunday, March 14, 2004, in the emergency room of South Jersey Health-Care,
Bridgeton. He had been in failing health for the past 4 years.
Mr. Winrow was born in Bridgeton and was the son of the late James and Naomi
Green Winrow. He had been a lifetime resident of Bridgeton.
Prior to retiring in 2001, due to illness, he had been employed with Kimble
Glass Co. in Vineland for 37 years.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving during the Viet Nam Conflict and
was a member of Shoemaker Post # 95, American Legion in Bridgeton. He was a
member of Mt. Zion A. M. E. Church of Bridgeton.
Survivors include: his wife, Trumiller Streeter Winrow; one daughter, Monica
Mosley and her husband Linwood, Jr., Bridgeton; one son, Gordon P. Winrow,
Bridgeton; two brothers, Rodney Winrow, Upper Deerfield Township and Leslie
Winrow, Vineland; one sister, Gail Winrow, Millville and two grandchildren,
Chasmine Mosley and Lindzey Mosley, both of Bridgeton.
Funeral services will be held Friday morning, March 19, at 11:00 O’clock, in
Mt. Zion A. M. E. Church, 207 Vine St., Bridgeton. Burial will be in
Cumberland County Veterans Cemetery, Hopewell Township. Friends will be
received Friday morning between 9:00 and 11:00 O’clock, prior to the
services at the church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the
