Marguerite Coombs, age 85, of Bridgeton,
died Friday evening, November 26, 2004 at the South Jersey Regional Medical
Center where she had been a patient for one week following a brief illness.
Born in Cheswold, Delaware, she was the
daughter of the late Eva Carter and the wife of the late Linwood Coombs, Jr.
She was also predeceased by her first husband, Lynford Boyd Seeney. She had
been a Bridgeton area resident for 40 years and prior to that had lived in
Kenton and Cheswold, Delaware.
Mrs. Coombs was a member of the Bridgeton Seventh Day Adventist Church and
was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Lynford
Ronald Seeney and his wife Mary of Jacksonville, FL. and Robert Austin
Seeney and his wife Kateryna of Estelle Manor; a daughter, Judith A. Carney
and her husband William of Bridgeton, 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
She was predeceased by a brother, James Carter and 3 grandchildren, Kim E.
Seeney, Robert A. Seeney, Jr. and Randy D. Seeney.
Funeral services will be held at the
PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township on
Tuesday evening, November 30th at 8 p.m.
Interment services will take place on
Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. at the Immanuel Union United Methodist Church
Cemetery in Cheswold, DE.
Friends may call on Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 p.m. prior to the services
