John F. Mickel
 

John F. Mickel, age 64 of Bayfield, Wisc., formerly of Hopewell Township, died Friday, April 1, 2005 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Deluth, Minn., after a brief illness.

Mr. Mickel was born in Hopewell Township and was the son of the late Samuel and Carolyn Mickel.He had lived in Bayfield for the past 4 years.

John spent most of his adult life as an evangelist traveling around the United States speaking to churches, colleges and universities.

Survivors include: one brother Joshua Mickel of Buena.

Rev. Frederick Pangburn, pastor of Bethel Baptist Church, will conduct funeral services in the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township, on Friday morning, April 8, at 11.

Burial will be in Overlook Cemetery, Bridgeton. Friends will be received Friday morning between 10 and 11, prior to the services at the funeral home. Written condolences may be sent to www.padgettfuneralhome.com.
