Timothy A. Knotts, age 43, of Lawrence
Township died suddenly Sunday, August 28, 2005 the result of injuries
sustained in a motorcycle accident in Lawrence Township.
Born in Baltimore, Maryland, the son of
Violet Jeter Knotts of Commercial Township and the late Arthur Knotts he was
the husband of Angela Sheppard Knotts. He had resided in Lawrence Township
for the past 10 years and prior to that had lived in Commercial Township.
Tim was self employed and owned and
operated Tim’s Home Improvements and Knott’s Excavating. He was also a
licensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey. He had previously
worked at both Cumberland Dairy and the Wheaton Glass Company.
He was a member of the Loyal Order of
Moose Lodge # 2488 in Millville and the Millville Eagles Arie # 1836.
Tim enjoyed Hunting, Fishing, Motorcycle
Riding, Camping, Playing Pool and going to the Casinos with his wife.
In addition to his wife and his mother,
survivors include a daughter, Ashley Knotts of Lawrence Township; three
sons, Alex, Kyle and Kody Knotts all of Lawrence Township; two brothers,
James Knotts of Commercial Township and Arthur Knotts, Jr. of Cumberland;
two sisters, Tammy Beatty and Lynn Williams both of Commercial Township
along with several nieces, nephews and good friends.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday
at 1:00 p.m. from the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper
Deerfield Township.
Burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
Friends may call on Thursday from 12:00
to 1:00 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that
contributions be made to a trust fund that is being established in a local
bank in the near future for the children.
