Rosalind L. Halter, age 82, of
Bridgeton, died Friday evening, December 30, 2005 at her home. She had
been in declining health for the several years.
Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, the
daughter of the late Joseph and Julie Bilonick she was the wife of the
late Harry F. Halter. She had been a Bridgeton resident for 62 years
coming to the area from Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Halter was a homemaker and
enjoyed sewing and playing cards.
She is survived by three sons, Mark,
Dennis and Rodney Halter all of Bridgeton; three daughters, Colleen
Halter of Bridgeton, Sheila Ohara of Upper Deerfield Township and Sandy
Hitchner of Woodstown; two sisters, Kathryn Sylvester of Derry, PA and
Patty Latanzio of Texas, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She
was predeceased by a daughter, Pamela Halter, a grandson, Nicholas Ohara,
two brothers, Charles and Tony Bilonick and a sister, Ann Sopcisak.
Cremation and inurnment will take
place at Laurel Lawn Crematory.
Relatives and friends are invited to
attend graveside committal services on Wednesday, January 4th at 2 p.m.
at Laurel Lawn Cemetery in Upper Deerfield Township.
In lieu of flowers the family asks
that contributions in Mrs. Halter’s memory be made to Holy Redeemer
Hospice, 1138 East Chestnut Avenue, Vineland, NJ 08360.
