Francisco “Pancho” Rivera, aged 84,
of Fairfield Township died Friday evening, December 9, 2005 at South
Jersey Extended Care in Bridgeton. He had been in declining health for
the past three years. Born in Cidra, Puerto Rico he was the son of the
late Juan and Justina Figueroa Rivera and the husband of the late Viola
Davenport Rivera.
He had been a Fairfield Township
resident for 34 years and prior to that had lived in Bridgeton and
Salem.
Prior to his retirement he had been
employed with the Anchor Hocking Company in Salem.
He is survived by two daughters,
Lordes and Maria Rivera of Bridgeton; three sons, Jonathan Rivera, Ryan
R. Rivera and Francisco Rivera, Jr. of Bridgeton; a sister, Justina
Hernandez of New Brunswick, 6 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on
Monday at 1 p.m. from the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77,
Upper Deerfield Township.
Burial will take place at Fordville
Memorial Park in Fairfield Township.
Friends may call on Monday from 12 to
1 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
