Yvonne R. Faulkner, aged 47, of Vineland,
died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2005, in the South Jersey Regional Medical Center in
Vineland.
The wife of Anthony L. Faulkner, Sr., she
was born in Atlantic City and was the daughter of Delores Wood Debman of
Pleasantville and Sidney Dabney, Sr. of Elwood. She had been a Vineland
resident for the past year and prior to that had lived in Cedarville.
Mrs. Faulkner was a homemaker and a
member of Shiloh Baptist Church in Port Norris. She enjoyed singing and
writing poetry.
Besides her husband and parents,
survivors include: three daughters, Quatesha Faulkner, Millville, Nicole
McBride and her husband James, Vineland and Rachel Faulkner, Japan; two
sons, Anthony L. Faulkner, Jr. and his wife Kazumi, Oceanside, Cal. and
Alphonzo Faulkner, Vineland; his step-mother, Marie Dabney, Elwood; two
brothers, Richard Dabney, Egg Harbor Township, Sidney Dabney, Jr.,
Pleasantville and Darrell Dabney, Elwood; two sisters, Angie Dabney, Elwood
and Helen Pittman, Mays Landing and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday,
Jan. 18, at 12:00 O’clock noon, at the Shiloh Baptist Church, Memorial Ave.,
Port Norris. Burial will be made at Haleyville Cemetery, Commercial
Township. Friends will be received between 11:00 and 12:00 O’clock, prior to
the services at the church. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of
