Carrie Williams Johnson, age 66, of
Vineland died Monday June 27, 2005 at South Jersey Regional Medical Center
in Vineland where she had been a patient for two weeks.
Carrie was born in Prenter, West Virginia
and was the daughter of the late Archie and Angie Pauley Williams. She had
been a Vineland resident for the past three years and prior to that had
lived in West Virginia and on North Laurel Street in Bridgeton.
She loved reading her Bible, playing her
piano and singing with her husband. She loved to watch Daddy play ball and
was a beloved wife, mother and nanny.
Besides her husband, survivors include
three daughters, Pamela J. Soma of Millville, Deborah D. Mick of Glassboro
and Katherine L. Vena of Vineland; three sisters, Nelli McClure, Ruth
Cornell and Ann Egnor all of West Virginia; a brother, John Williams of
Dayton, Ohio; six grandchildren, Frank S. Vitale of Morgantown, West
Virginia, Rhonda Dick-Stroup of Glassboro, Kelli A. Pratts of Millville,
Barbara A. Snyder of Glassboro, Charles A. Vitale of Millville and Nicole B.
Vena of Vineland; six great grandchildren, Cory James, Stephen Dick and
Michelle Stroup of Glassboro, Nikallo and Neena Pratts of Millville, Jakob
and Savanna Snyder of Glassboro and several nieces and nephews.
A combined funeral service for Carrie along with her son in law, Daniel H.
Soma who died on Sunday, June 26th will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME,
1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Saturday, July 2nd at
10:00 a.m.
Burial will take place at Fernwood
Memorial Park in Hopewell Township.
