Roy Ford, Jr.

Roy Ford, Jr., 39, of Hopewell Township, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, May 24, 2005.

Mr. Ford was born in Elmer and was the son of Hilda Jacob Turner of Hopewell Township and the late Roy Ford, Sr. He had been a lifetime resident of Hopewell Township.

He had formerly been employed with Northland Juice Co. and Courier Systems.

Roy was an avid golfer and fisherman.

Besides his mother, survivors include: his step-father, Burnett Turner, Hopewell Township; one son, Joshua Ford and one daughter, Brittney Ford, both of Hopewell Township; one brother, Michael K. Ford, Hopewell Township and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Graveside funeral services will be held in the Centerton Free Will Baptist Cemetery, Pittsgrove Township, on Wednesday afternoon, June 1, at 1:00 O’clock. Burial will follow the services. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township. Written condolences may be sent to the family at www.padgettfuneralhome.com.
