Ethel Loretta Jackson, nee Edwards

Ethel Loretta Jackson, nee Edwards, 83, of Bridgeton, died Tuesday, May 31, 2005, in Haneheman Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa.

Mrs. Jackson was born in Bridgeton on Feb. 7, 1922 and was the daughter of the late Howard and Estella Pearce Edwards. She had been a lifetime resident of the Bridgeton area.

Prior to her retirement, she had been employed with the former Owens-Illinois Glass Co. in Bridgeton.

She is survived by her loving son, John Jackson and his wife Kaye of San Francisco, Cal.; her devoted sister, Viva Waters and her husband David of Cherry Hill; grandchildren, Jeff and Tracy; great grandchildren, Jordan and Jared; a niece, Estella Pierce and her husband Melvin and a nephew Ryan.

Private funeral services will be held in California. Local arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township. Written condolences may be sent to the family at www.padgettfuneralhome.com.
