Tyrone “Ty” Mills, aged 31, born in
Bridgeton, N. J., on July 27, 1974, was received by the Lord on Friday,
Nov. 11, 2005, in Columbus, Ohio.
Ty attended the Fairfield school system and received his GED in 2005.
Ty’s favorite things as a little boy were army figures, boxing and
owning a red Lamborghini. Ty moved to Ohio in 1993. He was employed by
Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. His favorite songs to sing were “Time is
Winding Up,” “Satan You Are A Liar,” and “Tomorrow”.
He leaves to cherish: his mother, Inez (Mack) McRae and his step-father,
Willie; his father, Ossie Mills, Jr., five sisters and three
brother-in-laws, Shawn Davis and her husband Leon, Felicia Stevenson and
her husband Tyrone, Sharee Kent and her husband Lewis, Anyha Mills and
Cassie Mills and one brother, Troy Still, all of Bridgeton. His three
children, Sadaya Powell, Bridgeton and Kiyaun Mills and Kayla Mills,
both of Ohio. His maternal grandmother, Lottie Mack, Cedarville; his
paternal grandparents, Ossie Mills, Sr. and Delores Frain and his
paternal great grandmother, Panzy Butler, all of Bridgeton. A host of
nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. His maternal
grandfather, George Mack, pre-deceased him.
A home going service will be held Saturday at 12:00 O’clock noon in the
In His Presence Worship Center, 221 East Broad St., Millville, with
pastor David Ennis officiating. Burial will be in Fordville Memorial
Park, Fairfield Township. There will not be a final viewing or repass.
