Catherine R. Moore, 26, of Bridgeton,
died unexpectedly in S. J. R. M. D. – Vineland, on Tuesday, Nov. 29,
2005. She had been a patient in the hospital for 3 days.
Catherine was born in Bridgeton and was the daughter of Jill Fletcher
Moore of Bridgeton and Wendall Patterson of Chester, Pa. She had been a
lifetime resident of Bridgeton.
She had been employed with Woodbine State Colony for the past 7 years.
While in High School she had worked part time with Wall Mart in
Vineland.
A graduate of Bridgeton High School, Class of 1997, she was a member of
Cecil Deliverance Tabernacle and had been a Special Olympics coach at
the Woodbine Colony.
Besides her parents, survivors include: one son, K’Vaughn Wynder,
Bridgeton; six brothers, Calvin Moore, Bridgeton, Wendell Chavis,
Philadelphia, Pa., Wendall Chambers, Chester, Pa., Lorenzo Chambers,
Claymont, Del., Derrick Melton, Fitzgerald, Ga. And Wayne Patterson,
Sicklerville; three sisters, Lyndora Tiller, Upper Darby, Pa., Arita
Patterson, Aston, Pa. and Dorenda Brannon, Suffolk, Va., maternal
grandfather, William Bowser, Port Norris; paternal step-grandmother,
Mattie Patterson, Lewis, Del., a host of relatives and friends and a
favorite uncle, Charles Fletcher.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Dec. 3, at 12:00 O’clock
noon, in John Wesley United Methodist Church, 90 Baltimore Ave.,
Bridgeton. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Hopewell
Township. A viewing will be held in the church on Saturday morning
between 10:00 and 12:00 O’clock. At the family’s request there will be
no final viewing. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions,
in Catherine’s memory, to the K’Vaughn Wynder Trust, c/o Minotola
National Bank, Bridgeton, N. J. 08302. Funeral arrangements are under
the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township.
