Henry J. Clark, age 92, of Upper
Deerfield Township died Monday, October 24, 2005 at the South Gate
Healthcare Center in Carneys Point after an extended illness.
Born in Rome, NY, he was raised in
upstate NY but loved his home in Upper Deerfield Township where he moved
to in 1970.
Mr. Clark had been employed with
Lever House in New York City for 25 years before his retirement in 1972.
He had also been employed by Upper Deerfield Township operating the
landfill there.
Henry used to display American Flags
in his front yard symbolizing his philosophy on life, saying he felt
blessed and wanted to give back to those in need. Thus he volunteered
his time helping other “seniors”.
He had a passion for animals and
loved his dog, Georgio and his two horses, Sassy and Teddy. These were
truly his children. When he became ill the horses were cared for by Dr.
Jaime and Joanna Rider.
Henry is survived by his faithful
friends, Tino and Goldie Wulderk and Mike Westog.
Henry requested that no public
services be held in his behalf.
Arrangements are under the direction
of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township. Written
condolences may be sent to www.padgettfuneralhome.com.
