Patricia A. “Patty” Covello, 66, of
Quinton Township, passed away at home, on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2005. She
had been in declining health for the past 10 months.
Born in Montclair, NJ on Feb. 20, 1939, she was the loving daughter of
the late Tony and Helen Merrick Covello. She moved from Montclair to
Quinton Township in 1987 where she’d resided for the last 18 years.
Prior to her retirement she had been employed with the U.S. Postal
Service in Edgemere, Delaware. Patty enjoyed 26 ˝ grateful years of
sobriety in fellowship with her peers.
Survivors include two sisters, June Florio of Galloway Township and Mary
DeFalco of Florida; four nephews and three nieces. She was predeceased
by a sister, Bonnie Ryan.
There will be a time of remembrance for family and friends at the
PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway #77, Upper Deerfield Township
on Thursday evening, Sept. 29th, from 6 to 8 p.m. and on Friday morning,
Sept. 30th from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will be made at Fernwood Memorial
