Eva M. Erickson, age 76, of Bridgeton
died Saturday afternoon, April 8, 2006 at South Jersey Hospital-Elmer
where she had been a patient for ten days. She had been in declining
health for the past year.
Born in Printer, Kentucky, the
daughter of the late Eula and Agnes Rector Furby, she was the wife of
the late Linwood W. Erickson, Jr. She had been a Bridgeton resident for
50 years coming to the area from West Virginia.
Mrs. Erickson had owned and operated
Erickson’s Apartments in Bridgeton for the past 30 years.
She is survived by two sisters,
Henrietta Bennett of Rosenhayn and Jerri Lee Hall of Washington State; a
step-son, Glendon Erickson of Millville; six nieces and nephews, Paul
David Gregory, Margaret Ann, Eva Lynette Wesztergom, Charlie Hall,
Suzette Drain and Timmy Hall along with several great nieces and great
nephews.
Funeral services will be held at the
PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township
on Thursday afternoon at 2 p.m.
Burial will take place at Laurel Lawn
Cemetery in Upper Deerfield Township.
Friends may call on Thursday from 1
to 2 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
