Thelma Althea Goldsborough (Cuff),
age 80 of Hopewell Township departed this life suddenly on Monday, April
10, 2006 at her home.
Born in Hopewell Township to the late
Fred Harmon-Jackson and Vera I. Cuff she was the wife of Ira Maxwell
“Max” Goldsborough and had been a lifetime Hopewell Township resident.
Thelma, affectionately known as
“Nana” loved cooking, decorating, shopping and spending time with
family.
She leaves to cherish her memory her
loving and devoted husband Max; three sons and their spouses, Maxwell
Goldsborough III and his wife Cora, Larry Goldsborough and his wife
Abbie and William Goldsborough and his wife Margie; five granddaughters,
April Goldsborough, Melissa Goldsborough, Angel G. Lee and her husband
Jerome, Coretta Montue and her husband Delvon and Autumn Goldsborough;
four grandsons, Maxwell Goldsborough, IV and his wife Dolor, William
Goldsborough, Jr. and his wife Narissa, Eric Goldsborough, Ryan Paul
Goldsborough and his wife Jennifer and seven great-grandchildren; three
brothers, Milton Pierce, Fred Jackson and Harry Jackson and a host of
family and friends. She was predeceased by a sister, Victoria Pierce
Green.
Funeral services will be held at the
PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township
on Thursday evening, April 13th at 8 p.m.
Friends may call on Thursday from 6
to 8 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
Entombment will be private at the
convenience of the family at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Hopewell
Township.
