Thelma Althea Goldsborough

Thelma Althea Goldsborough (Cuff), age 80 of Hopewell Township departed this life suddenly on Monday, April 10, 2006 at her home.

Born in Hopewell Township to the late Fred Harmon-Jackson and Vera I. Cuff she was the wife of Ira Maxwell “Max” Goldsborough and had been a lifetime Hopewell Township resident.

Thelma, affectionately known as “Nana” loved cooking, decorating, shopping and spending time with family.

She leaves to cherish her memory her loving and devoted husband Max; three sons and their spouses, Maxwell Goldsborough III and his wife Cora, Larry Goldsborough and his wife Abbie and William Goldsborough and his wife Margie; five granddaughters, April Goldsborough, Melissa Goldsborough, Angel G. Lee and her husband Jerome, Coretta Montue and her husband Delvon and Autumn Goldsborough; four grandsons, Maxwell Goldsborough, IV and his wife Dolor, William Goldsborough, Jr. and his wife Narissa, Eric Goldsborough, Ryan Paul Goldsborough and his wife Jennifer and seven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Milton Pierce, Fred Jackson and Harry Jackson and a host of family and friends. She was predeceased by a sister, Victoria Pierce Green.

Funeral services will be held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township on Thursday evening, April 13th at 8 p.m.

Friends may call on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.

Entombment will be private at the convenience of the family at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Hopewell Township.
