Robert Smallwood, 91, of Bridgeton,
died Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2006, in South Jersey Extended Care, Bridgeton. He
had been in failing health for the past 4 years.
Born in Ridgeland, S. C., he was the son of the late Harry Perry and
Lilly Daisey Minott. He had been a resident of Bridgeton for most of his
life.
Mr. Smallwood was a Veteran of World War Two.
Survivors include: one niece, Shirley Gilchrist, Irmo, S. C.
Funeral services will be held in the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State
Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township, on Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 13,
at 1:00 O’clock. Burial will be in Fordville Memorial Park, Fairfield
Township. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday
afternoon between 12:00 and 1:00 O’clock. Written condolences may be
