Gertrude Hammer Baltozer, age 89, of
Bridgeton died Friday, June 30, 2006 at Cumberland Manor in Hopewell
Township. She had been in declining health for the past eleven years.
Born in Brunsum, Holland she was the
daughter of the late Willem and Antonia Roelofs Coppers.
She had been a Bridgeton resident for
eight years and prior to that had resided in Vineland.
Mrs. Baltozer was a homemaker and was
a member of the Deerfield United Methodist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Jakob W.
Hammer and his wife Faith of Newfield, William J. Hammer and his wife
Donna of Hopewell Township and John Hammer and his wife Kathy of Upper
Deerfield Township; three daughters, Mia Wesselowsky and her husband
John of Hopewell Township, Harriet McCracken and her husband Don of
Upper Deerfield Township and Anet Baumgarten of Pittsgrove, 15
grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 1 great–great–granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held at the
PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township
on Monday, July 10th at 11 a.m.
Burial will take place at Deerfield
Methodist Cemetery.
Friends may call on Monday from 10 to
11 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
