Mary Kobrich, 91, of Bridgeton died
on Tuesday morning, June 20, 2006. She had been in failing health for
the past 3 weeks.
The wife of the late Frank G. Kobrich, she was born in Chester, Pa. and
was the daughter of the late Peter and Anna Zaruta Messick. Mrs. Kobrich
had been a resident of Bridgeton for 80 years.
She was a member of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church of Bridgeton and was a
member of the Ladies Alter Guild.
Mary was a wonderful homemaker.
Survivors include: three children, Frank G. Kobrich, Jr., Bridgeton,
Carol K. Bennett and her husband Lee, Upper Deerfield Township and
Sharon K. Galeotti, Colorado; one brother, Paul Messick and his wife
Stella, Upper Deerfield Township; one sister, Marta Jaggers, Bridgeton;
six grandchildren, Steven Flake, Bridgeton, Erich Flake, Bridgeton,
Suzette Dobbs, Henderson, Nev., Debbie Deissler, Absecon, John Bennett,
Vineland and Stephen Bennett, Egg Harbor Township and five great
grandchildren, Lauren, Courtney, Justin, Ryley and Cole. She was
preceded in death by a sister, Olga Selter and two brothers, Andrew
Messick and Alex Messick.
Funeral services will be held in the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State
Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township, on Friday morning, June 23, at
11:00 O’clock. Burial will be in Laurel Lawn Cemetery, Upper Deerfield
Township. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on Friday morning
between 10:00 and 11:00 O’clock. Written condolences may be sent to the
