Nicholas H. Pramov, Sr., age 83,
joined his late wife Anna at the Lord’s Table on March 23, 2006. He died
at the Christiana Medical Center in Delaware of complications from an
extended illness.
Nick was born in 1922 in Philadelphia
to immigrant parents from Russia. He was a World War Two Veteran and a
Master Sergeant with the United States Army. He moved to Bridgeton in
1946 to help with a family business. He was married to the late Anna
Pramov, nee Roberts also of Philadelphia for 63 years.
He had briefly been employed at the
former Owens-Illinois Glass Company in Bridgeton until he began work at
the Bridgeton Post Office for 35 years until his retirement in 1984.

racing fan who was also interested in the dynamics of that sport as

able to maintain his home for most of his life with his own skill. In
his younger days he participated in youth sporting activities with his
children as well as performing voluntary community service. He believed
in education and put his three sons through college.
