Denise (Niecie) Jamison

Denise (Niecie) Jamison, 49, of Bridgeton, passed away at S. J. Regional Medical Center in Vineland on Sunday, May 21, 2006. She had been in failing health for the past two years.

Born in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of Dolores Brown Jamison of Bridgeton and the late Larry Taylor. She had been a lifetime resident of Bridgeton.

She was a Certified Day Care Provider for children and prior to her illness she had been employed with the Martin Luther King Academy in Vineland. She had also been employed at the Vineland Developmental Center and as a cashier at the Bridgeton Shop Rite.

Denise was a member of St. Augustine A. M. E. Church in Bridgeton and was a graduate of Bridgeton High School Class of 1977.

Besides her mother, survivors include: five sons, Tyesmen Jamison, Tyron Jamison, Tyrell Jamison and twin sons, Tyjoun Jamison and Tywan Jamison, all of Bridgeton; six sisters, Deborah Lowe, Valerie Jamison, Kim Jamison, Shelly Jamison, and Marla Jamison all of Bridgeton and Wanda Robinson of Millville; eight brothers, Edgar Brown, Richard Jamison, Williston Jamison, Clarence Jamison, Bryan Jamison and Michael White all of Bridgeton, Lonnie Taylor of Delaware and Keith Jamison of Millville; four grandchildren, Tyesman Jamison, Jr., Tyron Jamison, Jr., Chezarea Jones and Chazmine Jones all of Bridgeton. And two very special and devoted friends, Linda McGriff of Bridgeton and Jayne Alston of Millville along with a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Ralph Jamison, and her grandparents Carolyn and Edgar Brown, Sr.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Wesley Memorial A.M.E. Zion Church, 582 Morton Avenue, Rosenhayn.

Burial will take place at Fordville Memorial Park in Fairfield Township.

Friends may call on Saturday from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the services at the church.

Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper Deerfield Township.
