Paul Tichenor, 83, of Bridgeton, died
in S. J. Regional Medical Center on Sunday, May 14, 2006, after a brief
illness.
Born in Irvington, he had been a resident of Bridgeton for most of his
life.
Prior to his retirement Paul had formerly been employed Angie’s
Bridgeton Grill, the Laurel Theater and had been manager at the
Cumberland Hotel.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving with the U. S. Army in the
Pacific Theater.
Survivors include: one daughter, Paula L. Outland, Bridgeton and one
granddaughter, Carla Hayes, Bridgeton.
Graveside funeral services will be held at Greenwood Memorial Park,
Millville, on Thursday morning, May 18, at 10:30 O’clock. The interment
will follow the services. There will be no public viewing. Funeral
arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper
