Tatum L. Loatman, 27, of Millville,
died suddenly on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2006, the result of injuries
received in a car-truck accident on Route 40, Pilesgrove Township, Salem
County. Her mother and father, Hartley R. Loatman, Sr. and Barbara Brown
Loatman were also killed in the accident.
Tatum was born in Bridgeton and had lived in Millville for most of her
life.
She had previously been employed as assistant manager at the Caring
House, Inc. in Millville.
Survivors include: nine siblings, Sadie A. Pierce-Harris, South
Plainfield, Hartley R. Loatman, Jr., Camden, Jeffrey Michael Loatman,
Beaumont, Tex., Vicki L. Jones, Vineland, Karen Vera, Millville, Maxine
J. Graham, Millville, Harlin F. Loatman, Millville, Rodney E. Loatman,
Millville and Tanora S. Loatman, Millville and several nieces, nephews,
aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Wendy
Loatman and Brenda Brown and a brother, Marcus Loatman.
Funeral services will be held in the Glory Tabernacle Church, Buckshutem
Road, Fairfield Township, on Friday morning, Nov. 17, at 11:00 O’clock.
Burial will be at Fernwood Memorial Park in Hopewell Township.
A viewing will be held at the church on Friday morning between 9:00 and
11:00 O’clock. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the
