Isabelle Vazquez, age 67, of
Deerfield Township died Sunday, November 5, 2006 at the Bishop McCarthy
Residence in Vineland after a brief illness.
Born in Stow Creek Township the
daughter of the late Walter G. and Lucy Cuff Pierce she was the wife of
the late Antonio Vazquez. She had been a Deerfield Township resident for
37 years and prior to that had resided in Greenwich.
Mrs. Vazquez had been employed with
the Renoc Corporation in Vineland, Major Clothing Company and the Seibel
and Stern Clothing Company as well as Seabrook Brothers and Sons.
She was a member of the Nanticoke Lenni Lenape Indians.
Surviving are three daughters,
Deborah Inez Chakery of New York City, Antoinette Vazquez of Deerfield
Township and Diane Vazquez of Panama City, FL; three sons, Manuel
Vazquez of Deerfield Township, Matthew Chakery of West Deptford and
Malcom Chakery of Dallas, TX; five sisters, Dorothy Mosley of DE,
Delores Munson of Upper Deerfield Township, Christina Bard of Bridgeton,
Carol Colburn of Millville and Mary Manigan of W.VA.; one brother, Gary
Pierce of FL; 6 grandchildren, Crystal, Dayna, Travis, Heather, Anthony
and Tiffany and 3 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by three
brothers, Walter Pierce, Jr., Alvin “Bucky” Pierce and Carl Pierce and a
sister, Shirley Williams.
Funeral services will be held at the
PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township
on Friday, November 10th at 1 p.m.
Burial will be made at Fernwood
Memorial Park in Hopewell Township.
Friends may call on Friday from 12
noon to 1 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
