Dawn Marie Piper, age 14, of Sewell
died Tuesday, September 26, 2006 at the Cooper Hospital University
Medical Center in Camden a result of injuries she sustained in a motor
vehicle accident in Washington Township.
Born in Woodbury, the daughter of
Douglas W. and G. Evelyn Williams Piper she was a lifetime Sewell
resident.
Dawn was a ninth grade student at
Washington Township High School and a member of the Gloucester County
Community Church. She enjoyed field hockey and assisted with the team at
the Orchard Valley Middle School and also enjoyed basketball and music.
Dawn enjoyed helping and assisting others and just loved to laugh. She
dearly loved her sister, Kristen and her entire family including her
cousins and animals, especially her cats.
In addition to her mother and father
she is survived by her sister, Kristen S. Piper of Sewell; paternal
grandparents Suzanne Crossen of Mantua and George E. Piper, Sr. of
Moorestown and many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by
her maternal grandparents, Charles Abe and Dortha Williams.
Funeral services will be held at the
PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township
on Friday at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will take place at Centerton
Free Will Baptist Cemetery in Pittsgrove Township.
Friends may call on Friday morning
from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the services at the funeral home.
