Judith P. Coursey, 74, of Bridgeton,
died Tuesday, July 31, 2007, in the Hospice Care Unit at South Jersey
Healthcare, Bridgeton.
The wife of the late Howard Coursey, Jr, she was born in Canton, N. C.
and was the daughter of the late Porter R. Henderson and Minnie E.
Henderson.
Prior to her retirement, on medical disability, in 1991, she had been
employed as a teaching parent with the State of New Jersey for several
years.
Judith was a member of the Hopewell Church of God and had served as
secretary-treasurer of the Ladies Ministry.
Survivors include: one daughter, Cecelia Gould, Greenwich Township; one
son Randall Pennington, Jr., Fukuoka, Japan; a brother, Paul Henderson,
Canton, N. C. and a sister, Nancy Grubbs, Canton, N.C. She was preceded
in death by a son, Tony Spagnola and two sisters, Nell Bright and Betty
Wall.
Funeral services and burial will be private at the convenience of the
family, from the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper
Deerfield Township. There will be no public viewing. In lieu of flowers
the family requests donations to the HospiceCare Unit-South Jersey
Healthcare, Irving Ave., Bridgeton, N. J. 08302. Written condolences may
