Donald Anthony Goldsborough, age 48,
of Bridgeton died suddenly on Thursday, March 29, 2007 in the emergency
room of South Jersey Hospital- Elmer after being stricken while at work.
A lifetime Bridgeton resident he was
the son of Lottie Thompson Goldsborough and the late Donald H.
Goldsborough.
Anthony was currently employed with
Seabrook Brothers and Sons in Upper Deerfield Township as a mechanic for
the past 15 years. Before that he had been employed with Leone
Industries in Bridgeton.
A member of the John Wesley United
Methodist Church in Bridgeton he enjoyed cars and raising his dogs.
In addition to his mother, he is
survived by two daughters, Tashawna Thompson and Deoina Goldsborough of
Brooklyn, NY; three sons, Donald A. Goldsborough, Jr. and Darrel
Goldsborough both of Brooklyn, NY and Albert Robinson of Bridgeton; a
Godson, Darin Surrency of Penns Grove; his fiancée, Maryette Easterling
of Woodbury; two brothers, Roger Goldsborough of Bridgeton and the Rev.
Douglas Goldsboro of Lawnside; three sisters, Phyllis Bryant and Agnes
Mason both of Bridgeton, Betty Bailey of Port Norris and 16
grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the
John Wesley United Methodist Church, Baltimore Avenue, Bridgeton, on
Saturday, April 7th at 12:00 noon.
Burial will take place at Cedar Hill
Memorial Park in Hopewell Township.
Friends may call on Saturday from 10
a.m. to 12 noon at the church prior to the services.
