Donald L. Mosley, 73, of Quinton,
died at his home on Saturday, May 19, 2007.
The husband of Euphene Bennett Mosley, he was born in Quinton and was
the son of the late Phillip and Beatrice Durham Mosley. He had been a
resident of Quinton since 1963 and prior to that had lived in Bridgeton.
Prior to his retirement in 1993, Donald had been employed with E. I.
DuPont Co. Chambers Works in Deep Water for 25 years.
He was a veteran of the U. S. Army, serving during the Viet Nam
Conflict.
He was a member of the South Jersey Small Engine Club, Garden State 50’s
Car Club, Golden Classics Car Club and the DuPont Veterans Association.
Besides his wife, survivors include: five brothers, Harold Mosley,
Quinton Township, Charlie Mosley, Hopewell Township, Raymond Mosley,
Hopewell Township, Walden “Tony” Mosley, Greenwich Township and Bruce
Mosley, Clearwater, Fl.; two sisters, Betty Durham, Fairfield Township
and Patricia Hughes, Vineland; three grandchildren, John P. Efelis,
Donald L. Efelis and James R. Efelis; three great grandchildren; several
nieces, nephews and cousins and one God child, Albert Mosley. He was
preceded in death by two brothers, Phillip H. Mosley and Albert Gary
Mosley; three sisters, Barbara Moore, Carol Carney and Mary Lou Mosley
and a step-daughter, Pamela Efelis.
Funeral services will be held in the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State
Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township, on Thursday afternoon, May 24, at
2:00 O’clock, with Rev. Milton Akey, pastor of the First Church of the
Nazarene, officiating. Burial will be in Fernwood Memorial Park,
Hopewell Township. A viewing will be held at the funeral home on
Thursday afternoon between 12:00 and 2:00 O’clock. Written condolences
