Iris Wax, age 66, of Mullica Hill and
formerly of Bridgeton died Friday afternoon, May 25, 2007 at her home.
Born in Philadelphia, the daughter of
the late Manuel and Rae Tractenberg Moldover she was the wife of the
late Fred Wax.
Before moving to Mullica Hill in
2003, Mrs. Wax had been a Bridgeton resident for many years coming to
the area from Philadelphia.
She was a past member of the
Congregation Beth Abraham where she served as co-president of the Hebrew
School and was a member of Hadassah. Mrs. Wax was also a member of the
New Jersey State Licensed Practical Nurses Association.
Surviving are two sons, Dr. Craig M.
Wax and his wife Caryl of Mullica Hill and Andrew A. Wax and his wife
Wendy of Mt. Laurel; a daughter, Dr. Marla W. Deibler and her husband
Dr. W. Eric Deibler of Delran; two sisters, Joan Warwick of Florida and
Shirley McCabe of Bridgeton and five grandchildren, Colin and Noah
Deibler and Dara, Evan and Adam Wax.
Services were held on Sunday morning,
May 27th at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper
Deerfield Township with Rabbi Brian Nevins-Goldman officiating.
Burial was made at Beth Abraham Cemetery in Rosenhayn.
Shiva will be observed at the home of
Dr. Craig M. and Caryl Wax, 101 Datz Way, Mullica Hill on Monday thru
Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m.
