Bruno A. Donato, age 93, of Upper
Deerfield Township died Friday, November 16, 2007 at South Jersey
Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.
Born in Ishpeming, Michigan he was
the son of the late Vincenzo and Nora Miletta Donato and the husband of
Victoria “Vickie” Barlam Donato. He had been an Upper Deerfield Township
resident for 4 years and prior to that had resided in Bridgeton and
Cedarville.
Before his retirement, Mr. Donato had
been employed with Maul Brothers in Millville for many years and also
the former Feracute Machine Company in Bridgeton.
He was a member of St. Teresa of
Avila Roman Catholic Church in Bridgeton.
In addition to his wife he is
survived by three sons, James Donato and his wife Linda of Talbott, TN,
Louis Donato and his wife Linda of Belmont, CA and Richard Donato and
his wife Candy of Bridgeton; two sisters, Mary Lamanteer of Florida and
Rose Donato of Cedarville; three grandchildren, Eugene Donato, Ryan
Donato and Sharon Lawson and five great-grandchildren, Austin Donato,
Holly Holton, Brian Holton, Craig Gerson and Michael Munyon. He was
predeceased by two brothers, James and Nicholas Donato and a sister,
Minnie Sanza.
His Funeral Liturgy will be
celebrated on Wednesday, November 21st at 2:30 p.m. at St. Teresa of
Avila Church, 46 Central Avenue, Bridgeton.
Burial will take place at St. Mary’s
Cemetery in Bridgeton.
Friends may call on Wednesday
afternoon from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. prior to the services at the church.
In lieu of flowers the family asks
that contributions in Mr. Donato’s memory be made to St. Teresa of Avila
Church, 46 Central Avenue, Bridgeton, NJ 08302.
