J. Elizabeth Greiner, age 92, of
Hopewell Township died Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at her home
following a brief illness.
Born in Philadelphia, the daughter of
the late George and Elizabeth Reickert Lacotte she was the wife of the
late Rev. Paul C. Greiner. She had been a Hopewell Township resident for
eight years and a Bridgeton area resident most of her life.
Mrs. Greiner was a homemaker and had
previously been employed with the former M.C. Schrank Company in
Bridgeton.
She was a member of Trinity United
Methodist Church in Bridgeton and the Methodist Women’s Group.
Surviving are a sister, Theresa Bowen
and her husband Ty of Newport; two granddaughters, Colleen
Campbell-Miller and her husband Phil of Yardley, PA and Pamela James and
her husband Joel of Clarence, NY; her daughter in law, Carol Campbell of
Millville; two step-sons, Dr. Frank Greiner and Rev. Newton Greiner and
5 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Alfred M.
Campbell, Jr., her first husband, Alfred M. Campbell and two brothers,
George and Joseph Lacotte.
Graveside funeral services will be
held on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. at Newport Baptist Cemetery,
Downe Township where the interment will follow the services.
