Albert P. “Buck” Kienzle, age 83, of
Hopewell Township died Thursday morning, February 14, 2008 at his home
surrounded by his family.
A lifetime Bridgeton area resident he
was the son of the late Edward Kienzle and Christine Renne Kienzle and
the husband of Marion Stanton Kienzle. He had been a Hopewell Township
resident for over 55 years.
Mr. Kienzle was a veteran of World
War II serving with the United States Army Air Corps in Italy and
Africa.
Before his retirement 23 years ago,
he had been employed with the United States Postal Service in Bridgeton
and was a rural carrier many years.
An avid fisherman, he was a member
and past Commander of American Legion Shoemaker Post 95, Bridgeton, VFW
Meade Woodward Post 1795, Bridgeton and Deerfield Elks Lodge 733 where
he was a past chaplain.
In addition to his wife Marion,
survivors include his son, A. Paul Kienzle, Jr. and his wife Sarah of
Bridgeton; two daughters, Sandra Sanders and her husband Al of Daretown
and Betty Jane Kienzle of Rosenhayn; seven grandchildren, A. Paul
Kienzle, III, Kimberly Dailyda, Jarvis Ball, Robert Rain, Christine
Kienzle Serenbetz, Sarah Veteri and Samantha Sanders and twelve
great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by three brothers, Frederick,
Edward and Leonard Kienzle.
Funeral services will be held on
Monday, February 18th at 11:00 a.m. at the Deerfield Presbyterian
Church, 530 Old Deerfield Pike, Upper Deerfield Township.
Burial will take place at Fernwood
Memorial Park in Hopewell Township.
Friends may call at the church on
Monday morning between 9:00 and 11:00 prior to the services.
Arrangements are under the direction
of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield
Township.
