Marta Soone, age 93, of Pittsgrove
died unexpectedly Monday, February 11, 2008 at the home of her daughter,
Eva with whom she resided.
Born in Parnu, Estonia she was the
wife of the late Eric Soone. She had lived in Pittsgrove for five years
and prior to that had resided in Stow Creek Township and Seabrook.
Before her retirement Mrs. Soone had
been employed the former Val Mode Lingerie Company and the M.C. Schrank
Company in Bridgeton for 40 years.
She enjoyed reading and sewing and
enjoyed her work before retirement.
In addition to her daughter, Eva
Soone of Pittsgrove she is survived by a son, Peter Soone and his wife
Minda of Stow Creek Township; five grandchildren, Dr. Robert Rieti of
Evansville, IN, Gina Rieti of Pittsgrove, James Soone of Stow Creek
Township, Pastor Mark Soone of Upper Pittsgrove Township and Diane Soone
of Maryland along with 9 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the
PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township
on Thursday afternoon, February 14th
at 4 p.m.
Cremation and inurnment will take
place at Laurel Lawn Crematory in Upper Deerfield Township.
Friends may call on Thursday from 3 to 4 p.m. prior to the services at
the funeral home.
