Elizabeth Blizzard, 83, of Upper
Deerfield Township, Died at home on Wednesday, March 19, 2008 following
a lengthily illness.
The wife of the late Leon Blizzard, she was born in Camden and was the
daughter of the late Frederick Irons and Catherine Morrison Irons. She
had been a resident of Upper Deerfield since 1997 and prior to that she
had lived on Mt. Laurel and Delran.
Before her retirement in 1987, she had been employed as head teller with
the Bank of America in Willingboro.
Anna was member of the First Baptist Church of Merchantville and the
Order of Eastern Star, Sincerity Chapter, of Camden.
Survivors include: one son, Fred Streater and his beloved wife Lee, of
Miami, Fla.; one daughter, Harriet Cox and her beloved husband Warren,
of Upper Deerfield Township; five grandchildren and seven great
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother, Frederick Irons.
Funeral services will be held the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State
Highway 77, Upper Deerfield Township, on Saturday morning, March 22nd,
at 11:00 a.m.
Burial will be in Cumberland County Veterans Cemetery, Hopewell
Township.
Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday morning between 10 and
11 a.m. prior to the services.
