Zebedee Robert Erving, age 25, of
Bridgeton died suddenly on Friday morning, March 14, 2008 in Bridgeton.
A lifetime Bridgeton resident he was
the son of Zebedee Stubbs and Cheryl A. Erving.
He was educated in the Bridgeton
Public School System and had previously been employed with Seabrook
Brothers and Sons in Upper Deerfield Township.
Zebedee enjoyed playing basketball,
being with his family and friends and was known for his sense of humor.
In addition to his parents who reside
in Bridgeton, he is survived by his step-father, Donald Thomas, Sr. of
Bridgeton; nine brothers, Isaiah, Donald, Donovan and Dontee Thomas,
Rakeem Brown, Donald and Edward Holden, Frank Ridgeway and Jermaine Bell
all of Bridgeton; three sisters, Tiffany Holden of Vineland, Ranesha
Thomas of Millville and Jalea Saunders of Bridgeton; grandmother,
Lillian Fuqua Morrison of Bridgeton and great-grandmother, Pearlene
O’Conner of Bridgeton. He was predeceased by his grandfathers,
Charlie C. Erving and Zebedee Stubbs, Sr.
Funeral services will be held on
Saturday March 22nd at 12 noon at the Bridgeton Assembly of God Church,
424 Indian Avenue, Bridgeton.
Burial will take place at Fordville
Memorial Park in Fairfield Township.
Friends may call on Saturday from 10
a.m. to 12 p.m. prior to the services at the church.
