Robert M. Quinn, 64, of Pittsgrove,
died at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden on Saturday, March 22,
2008, after a lengthy illness. He had been a patient at the hospital for
3 days.
He was born in Woodbury and was the son of the late Thomas Quinn and
Mildred Hirst Quinn.
He had been a Pittsgrove resident of 29 years and prior to that had
lived in Gloucester City.
Prior to his retirement, Robert had been employed with the E. I. DuPont
Company in Deepwater for 25 years.
Survivors include: one son, Matthew J. Quinn and his wife Patti of
Pittsgrove; one granddaughter, Riley Rose Quinn, Pittsgrove and a
sister, Nancy Hunt of Mississippi. He was preceded in death by a son,
Bart R. Quinn and a brother, Thomas H. Quinn.
Private funeral services were held at the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper
Deerfield Township, on Wednesday morning, March 26th, with the Rev.
Michael Hegarty, Pastor of St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Elmer,
officiating. Burial was in Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing. Written
