George Howard “Bud” Caldwell, 71, of
Upper Deerfield Township, died in South Jersey Hospital System-Elmer, on
Saturday, May 3, 2008, after a brief illness.
The son of the late Fred C. Caldwell and Ollie Sisk Caldwell, he was
born in Waynesville, N. C.
“Bud” had been a resident of Upper Deerfield Township for 25 years,
coming from Waynesville, N. C.
Survivors include: one sister, Blanch E. Price and her husband Harold of
Monroeville; one niece, Judy L. Thompson, Upper Deerfield Township; one
great niece, Melissa A. Simmerman and two great nephews, George L.
Herscher and Kenneth G. Simmerman.
Funeral services will be private, at the convenience of the family, in
the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway 77, Upper Deerfield
Township. Burial will be in Centerton Free Will Baptist Cemetery,
Pittsgrove Township. There will be no public viewing. Written
