Richard E. Fowler, age 71, of
Lawrence Township died early Wednesday morning, May 21, 2008 at South
Jersey Extended Care in Bridgeton following a brief illness.
Born in Millville he was the husband of the late Judith Dixon Fowler and
had lived at his present address for 19 years. Previous to that he had
resided in Millville, Vineland and Woodbine.
A veteran of the Korean Conflict he had served with the United States
Air Force.
He was a machinist by trade and owned and operated the Sandrich Machine
Company in Fairfield Township.
Jim attended the Fairton Christian Center and enjoyed hunting and
fishing in addition to being an avid golfer.
In addition to a sister, he is survived by a stepson, David Henault of
Millville and a stepdaughter, Elaine Henault of Warwick, RI.
Funeral services will be held at the Chapel at the Fairton Christian
Center, 199 Fairton-Millville Road on Wednesday, May 28th at 10 a.m.
Burial will take place at Greenwood Memorial Park in Millville.
