Anna Sowers Pettit, age 72, of
Millville died Thursday, May 22, 2008 at South Jersey Extended Care in
Bridgeton following a brief illness.
Born in Trouper, Pennsylvania she had lived in Millville for over 40
years moving there from Florida.
Before her retirement Anna had worked as a waitress at Benny’s
Restaurant in Millville.
Surviving are her companion with whom she resided, Harry Romanishin of
Millville and four daughters, Susan of Princeton, Illinois, Shirley of
Fort Campbell, Kentucky and Michele and Millie both of Myrtle Beach,
South Carolina.
Cremation and inurnment took place at Laurel Lawn Crematory in Upper
Deerfield Township.
Arrangements are under the direction of the PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, Upper
Deerfield Township.
