Odean F. Puckett, age 84, of
Rosenhayn died early Tuesday morning, July 21, 2009 at South Jersey
Extended Care in Bridgeton. She had been in declining health for the
past five months.
Born in Cocke County, Tennessee, she
was the daughter of the late Cephus Seay and Iva Victoria Shelton Seay
and the wife of John Puckett. She had been a Rosenhayn resident for 42
years and had lived in Virginia prior to that.
Odean was a homemaker and had raised
several foster children through the years past.
In addition to her husband John, survivors include a daughter, Lisa
DiLuzio of Rosenhayn; a son, Bruce W. Orange of Virginia; a sister,
Golean Cliff of Vineland and 6 grandchildren. She was predeceased by two
sons, Keith E. Puckett and William L. Orange and 6 brothers and 4
sisters.
Funeral services will be held at the
PADGETT FUNERAL HOME, 1107 State Highway # 77, Upper Deerfield Township
on Friday evening, July 24th at 7 PM.
Friends will be received at the
funeral home on Friday from 6 to 7 PM prior to the services.
Cremation and inurnment will take
place at Laurel Lawn Crematory in Upper Deerfield Township.
