James Donald Hollingsworth, Jr.

James Donald "Jamie" Hollingsworth, Jr of Wallace, NC passed from his earthly life on Saturday, August 24, 2019 while at home.  Jamie was born on February 26, 1964 to James Donald Hollingsworth, Sr. and Louvenia Batts Hollingsworth.  He was predeceased by his father.

Left behind to cherish his memory are his loving mother--Louvenia B. Hollingsworth of Wallace; sisters--Tanya H. Cavenaugh and husband Duaine of Wallace and Cheryl H. Threatt of Wallace; brother--Larry Hollingsworth and wife Rhonda of Burgaw; significant other--Randall Strother of Wallace; daughter--Caitlyn Dyer of Wilmington; many nieces and nephews and many close friends; and his loving pets.

His love of plants was obvious in his eclectic collection of flowers and plants.  Jamie had a very warm and generous heart.  He had many close friends and was loved and adored by everyone.  He made an enormous impact on everyone he came in contact with because of his kind ways and humorous attitude toward life.

His greatest love on earth was his love of family especially his friend and partner of thirty two years--Randall Strother.
