Lucy is that rare individual who always had a smile and a positive word for everyone she encountered--always with a great attitude. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, word puzzles, embroidering, and bingo. She had bingo figured out because she always won. A great deal of time was spent with her special friend, Norwood Cummings when they lived in the same living complex--making them very special to each other.
A service by the graveside in Rockfish Memorial Cemetery at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, May 18, 2019 will be conducted by the Reverend Jimmy Johnson. Family requests that, rather than flowers, donations be made to the Concord Baptist Church cemetery fence fund in Lucy's memory.
