Mr. Alfred Davis Andrews age 78 of Burgaw died Saturday August 14, 2010 at his residence. He is survived by one daughter, Myra Eury and husband Robin of Wallace, NC; one son, Aaron Andrews and wife Emily of Harrells, NC; daughter in law' Barbara Andrews-Zarrello of Burgaw, NC; six grandchildren, Bart Andrews and wife Malissa, Brandy Andrews Blackburn and husband Chris, Jennifer Andrews Heath and husband Ray, Melissa Andrews Heath and husband Mark, Amy Eury and Brittney Eury; eleven great grandchildren; sisters, Helen Hardison and husband Carson of Kinston, NC, Mavis Jones and husband Oscar of Trenton, NC and Lizzy Grimes and husband Creech of Freemont, NC; special friends, Mark & Dana Greenway of Watha, NC and Roy & Marie Lanier of Chinquapin. Born in Trenton, NC Mr. Andrews is the son of the late William Harrison and Deva Green Andrews. He was preceded in death by his wife Faith Moore Andrews, a son, Vernon Andrews, a sister, Adell Andrews Casper and brothers, Ernest Glynwood Andrews, William Jeffery Andrews and Obie Andrews.
