Mr. Alfred Wade Brown age 36 of Teachey, NC died Sunday August 5, 2012 at Vidant Duplin Hospital in Kenansville. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday August 11, 2012 at Drew Cemetery conducted by Reverend Sammy Boone. The family will receive from 10:00 to 11:00 am Saturday prior to the service.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Yvonne Brown of the home, two daughters, Meagan Yvonne Brown of the home and Mary Ann Benson of Magnolia, NC, two stepsons, Gregory Andrew Carter of Teachey, NC and Craig Alexander Dixon of Killeen, TX, two grandchildren, Teji Carter of Teachey, NC and Myrynda Carter of Teachey, NC, a paternal grandfather, Alfred Roe Brown of Beaulaville, NC, a maternal grandmother, Rose Elizabeth Moss of Kenansville, NC, a sister, Betty Mae Jackson of Watha, NC, a stepsister, Tanya Hanna of Bolivia, NC, a brother, Tony Wayne Brown of Wallace, NC and a two step brothers, Clyde Hannah of Bolivia, NC and Gene Patrick Southerland of Beulaville, NC.

Born October 14, 1975 in Duplin County, NC, Mr. Brown was the son of Mary Lou Hannah (Moss) and the late Alfred Wayne Brown and was preceded in death by his grandmother, Dollie Mae Brown and a stepfather, Roy Clyde Hannah.
