Mr. Arnold Ray Rackley age 64 of 586 Jack Dail Road, Wallace died Sunday, August 23, 2009 at Duplin General Hospital in Kenansville. He is survived by four daughters, Cheryl Trott and husband Jason, Nickolle Velez and husband Juan both of East Hartford, Connecticut; Kelly Martin and husband Scott of Milton, New Hampshire, Rayanne Baron and husband David of St. David, Maine; his mother, Eleanor Pierce of Willard; two sisters, Jackie Parker and husband Gene and Judy Parker both of Wallace; one brother, Ronnie Pierce of Willard; seven grandchildren, Madison Trott, Tyler Trott, Angel Velez, Anthony Velez, Anthony Martin, Hannah Martin and Caleb Baron. Mr. Rackley is a native of Pender County and is preceded in death by one brother, Preston Rackley. The family will receive at Padgett Funeral Home, Wednesday, August 26 from 7:00 until 9:00 pm and at the home Ms. Eleanor Pierce, 940 Willard Road other times.
