Barbara Gail Lanier Drew of Magnolia, NC left her earthly home for her eternal home on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 while at Duplin Vidant Hospital in Kenansville, NC.  Born on October 8, 1962, in Shreveport, LA, she is the daughter of the late James Henry and Mary Edna Foster Lanier.  She is also predeceased by a brother--Jerry Lanier.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her husband--Dale Grant Drew of the home; children--Melissa Lewis Jones and husband Greg of Wallace, Megan Drew Foyles and husband Tyler of Kinston, Aaron Drew and wife Brittany of Rose Hill, and Mason Drew and wife Ashley of Magnolia; grandchildren--Brennon, Cody, Rylie Gail, Titus (who will arrive in December), Paisley, Jaxon, Jaydn, and Memphis; siblings--David Lanier and wife Roberta of Hampstead, Johnny Lanier of Magnolia, Marie Guy and husband Ronald of Magnolia.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held on Friday, September 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Concord Baptist Church, officiated by Reverend Scott Kennedy and Reverend Jimmy Johnson.  The family has asked that, rather than flowers, contributions be made in her memory to Pet Friends of Duplin--Post Office Box 152--Wallace, NC 28466.
