Mrs. Betty Lou Birdsall Bell, age 73 of Rose Hill, NC, died on January 23, 2016 at her home. Memorial services will be held on Friday, January 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Padgett Funeral Home Chapel in Wallace, NC conducted by Ron Bell.

She is survived by her husband, Juniors Clayton Bell of the home, her daughter, Kelly Poff of Northeast, MD, two sisters, Rosemary Stanford of Oneida, NY and Donna Enman of Ithica, NY, one brother, Ron Birdsall of Courtland, NY, three grandchildren, Jennifer Poff, Randi Constien and Rachael Bell, all of Rose Hill and two great grandchildren, Destiny Newkirk and Brandon Newkirk, all of Rose Hill, NC.

She was born on October 1, 1942 in Thompson County, NY to the late Steven and Mary Oliver Royce Birdsall. She is also predeceased by her son, James Clayton Bell.
