Mr. Billy Armon "Killer" Teachey, age 71 of Willard, NC, died unexpectedly on December 18, 2016. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Northeast PFWB Church conducted by Rev. Tyler Jernigan. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Park in Watha, NC. The family will receive family and friends on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Padgett Funeral Home in Wallace, NC.

Billy is survived by his wife of 46 years, Mary Noel Teachey of Willard, NC, two sons, Douglas Earl Teachey and wife Charissa of Wallace, NC and Daniel Ray Teachey and wife Karen of Teachey, NC, a daughter, Mary Ann Teachey of Texas, his grandchildren, Dillon Shane Teachey of Wallace, NC, Joseph Earl Teachey of Wallace, NC, Ashton Danielle Teachey, Garrett Reid Teachey and Owen Grant Teachey, all of Teachey, NC, two great grandchildren, Aiden Cole Teachey and Laycee Grace Teachey of Wallace, NC, his brother, Sammy Teachey of Beulaville and two sisters, Marie Wells of Rose Hill, NC and Betty Sandlin of Beulaville, NC.

Billy was born on November 22, 1945 in Duplin County to the late Harry Kinchen and Helen Marie Mobley Teachey. He is also predeceased by two brothers, Eddie Teachey and Harry Gene Teachey and a sister, Shirley T. Parker.

Casket Bearers will be Owen Teachey, Garrett Teachey, Dillon Teachey, Joseph Teachey, Justin Henderson and Lee Brown.

Billy was a member of Northeast PFWB Church, where he was very involved with the activities of the Church. He loved to fellowship with his Church family. He also loved Nascar Racing, hunting and spending time with his family.
